Ingredients:
- 3-4 Octopus
- ½ cup young tamarind leaves
- 1 cup Coconut cream
- 1.5 cups Dilute Coconut cream
- ¾ teaspoon Shrimp paste
- 8 shallots
- 1 coriander root
- 2 teaspoons of palm sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons fish sauce
- Tamarind paste, as desired
Procedure:
- Wash and clean. Then pat it dry.
- Put coconut milk in a pot and heat it. Add crushed onions and simmer over low heat, stirring frequently.
- Add young tamarind leaves to boil. Season with palm sugar, fish sauce, and tamarind paste.
- Add the Octopus, boil and simmer until the water is absorbed into the meat. Turn off the heat and lower.
