Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Octopus ½ cup young tamarind leaves
  • 1 cup Coconut cream ½ cup Dilute Coconut cream
  • ¾ teaspoon Shrimp paste 10 peppercorns
  • 8 shallots 1 coriander root
  • 1.5 tablespoons fish sauce 2 teaspoons palm sugar
  • Tamarind paste, as desired

Procedure:

  1. Wash and clean. Then pat it dry and fry it. When the fish’s skin is firm, place it on a wire rack to drain the oil
  2. Finely pound onions, peppercorns, shrimp paste, and coriander roots.
  3. Put coconut milk in a pot and heat it.
    Add crushed onions and simmer over low heat, stirring frequently.
  4. Add young tamarind leaves to boil. Season with palm sugar, fish sauce, and tamarind paste.
