Ingredients:
- 3-4 Octopus ½ cup young tamarind leaves
- 1 cup Coconut cream ½ cup Dilute Coconut cream
- ¾ teaspoon Shrimp paste 10 peppercorns
- 8 shallots 1 coriander root
- 1.5 tablespoons fish sauce 2 teaspoons palm sugar
- Tamarind paste, as desired
Procedure:
- Wash and clean. Then pat it dry and fry it. When the fish’s skin is firm, place it on a wire rack to drain the oil
- Finely pound onions, peppercorns, shrimp paste, and coriander roots.
- Put coconut milk in a pot and heat it.
Add crushed onions and simmer over low heat, stirring frequently. - Add young tamarind leaves to boil. Season with palm sugar, fish sauce, and tamarind paste.
