Ingredients:
- 1 kilogram of Octopus
- 10 bird’s eye chilies
- 3 tablespoons Shrimp paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 stalks of lemongrass
- 7 shallots
- 10 cloves garlic
- 500 ml. Coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
Procedure:
- Cut the squid into pieces, wash and clean.
- Shred the lemongrass into pieces, smash it, smash the shallots and prepare the bird’s eye chili.
- Bring coconut milk to a boil and add lemongrass and shallots.
