Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of fresh Mackerel 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce (for marinade) 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons tapioca flour 4 tablespoons Fish sauce (for making sauce)
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar 5 tablespoons water
- 1 cup shredded mango ½ cup chopped shallots
- ½ cup chopped red chilies 2 tablespoons Fish sauce (for making mango salad)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 tablespoon sugar
- Coriander as you like
Procedure:
- Wash and clean the Mackerel, then poke it all over with a fork. Then marinate with fish sauce. Pepper and vegetable oil, leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Take the marinated fish and wipe off the water. Sprinkle with tapioca flour to lightly coat the surface. Then fry using oil to cover the pan. Use medium heat.
- To make the salad, mix fish sauce, lime juice and sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Then add mango Mix red peppers together.
- Serve fried mackerel with mango salad. Ready to eat.
