Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of fresh Mackerel 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce (for marinade) 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons tapioca flour 4 tablespoons Fish sauce (for making sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar 5 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup shredded mango ½ cup chopped shallots
  • ½ cup chopped red chilies 2 tablespoons Fish sauce (for making mango salad)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Coriander as you like

Procedure:

  1. Wash and clean the Mackerel, then poke it all over with a fork. Then marinate with fish sauce. Pepper and vegetable oil, leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Take the marinated fish and wipe off the water. Sprinkle with tapioca flour to lightly coat the surface. Then fry using oil to cover the pan. Use medium heat.
  3. To make the salad, mix fish sauce, lime juice and sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Then add mango Mix red peppers together.
  4. Serve fried mackerel with mango salad. Ready to eat.
